Jab Mesa is headmaster of the Melansian Bible College. His wife Becky teaches classes for women at the MBC and ministers to women and children at the church in Lae.

The Melanesian Bible College is located in Lae, Papua New Guinea. Many of the students at MBC are men with families from the rural villages who are planning to go back to their villages to preach. Most of the Church of Christ preachers in the country were trained at MBC. All of the faculty and the board of directors are Papua New Guinea nationals.
